The CONDTROL Paint Pro is the advanced paint coating thickness gauge with a range of 0 to 1500 µ. The Paint PRO seamlessly combines the measurement principles of magnetic induction and eddy current to give you a precise measurement. This unique feature also enables precise thickness measurements of paint or coating on both magnetic and non-magnetic metallic materials. Whether on-site or in a lab setting, Paint Pro is versatile and ideal for controlling anodizing or galvanizing coatings in machinery and the automotive industry. Its applications also extend to production facilities for inspection of incoming materials, monitoring manufacturing processes, quality control of finished products, and expert assessments in both laboratory and field environments. The Paint Check Pro can make measurements without the need to remove the device from the surface. Data transfer is made convenient with the USB interface, allowing seamless communication of measurement results to a PC. Calibration plates with sample films are included in the package, ensuring easy calibration and accurate verification of measurement precision.
